2017 is turning into a year of success for South and City College Birmingham. With a successful merger with Bournville College, an array of awards and accolades, the launch of a new academy, it’s fair to say the College is going from strength to strength.
Earlier this year, the College celebrated being awarded a Silver medal rating for the new Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF) for Higher Education. The TEF recognises excellence in teaching, the learning environment and student outcomes in addition to existing national quality requirements for universities, colleges, and other higher education providers.

As a newly merged college, we have created a high quality institution which will provide fantastic opportunities for students, better facilities and better learning experience.
