Good numeracy skills may unlock job opportunities and lead to higher wages or prepare you for further study. They also help in everyday life, such as helping children with homework and budgeting money.

About the course

Guidance and support to help find the best starting point for you and to identify what you need to do to make progress with your maths skills. You will learn every day maths skills that will be relatable and the right context for you e.g. a plan for the future: making a budget, making your money work, staying in control of your finances, etc. Courses are designed to increase confidence with numbers as the first step towards a qualification. Should you wish, when you are ready you will be able to move on to studying a maths qualification in itself. Programmes can be delivered together with employers. Whether you want to boost your skills online or in-person, there will be something to suit you.
