About the course

This course will give you insight into working in a customer service role and will allow you on satisfactory completion of the course to apply for vacancies at either National Express or Unity Bank, employed though Pertemps.

This customer service course is a 2 week programme starting on 19 February 2024.

What are the entry requirements?

  • Must be aged 19 or over on 31 August 2023 and unemployed

  • Must be working at Level 1 in English & Maths. The college will do a BKSB assessment with individuals
