About the course

You will learn at our modern Longbridge campus (Bournville College) and have the chance to get involved in exciting projects and work experience opportunities, both within the college and for external organisations. You will learn, media production skills, video editing, and interactive media skills experience working in a photography studio. You will also learn and develop a broad range of digital skills and an understanding of the production processes involved in the media products you will create. Media concepts, audience research and industry investigation support the practical areas of the course, which will allow you to make realistic media products.

What do I need?

You will need four GCSEs Grade 3 or above including GCSE English Language.

Where can I progress next?

Progress to either Level 3 Filmmaking, Podcasting and Media Production or Level 3 Music Performance or Production. Level 3 Extended Diploma in Photography and Graphics
