This course will enable you to apply for vacancies with Smile Education. The course will cover Explore the role of a Teaching Assistant Communication Professionalism Supporting learning activities Equality and Diversity Health and Safety Policies and Procedures TA Behaviour Pupil Behaviour Behaviour Management Team working Promoting an effective learning environment Understanding the need for play and leisure
Must be working at level 1 in English and Maths. The college will do a BKSB assessment with individuals.
