Access to Higher Education (Social Science and Health)
This course is designed for students who want to access university and have been away from studying for some time. It is the equivalent of three A Levels, completed in 9 months, so it is a very intensive programme. All students will study units in Social Science, Biology, Health and Skills for Learning.

The course is assessed via a combination of coursework and controlled examinations and upon successful completion will allow you to enter Higher Education. You are advised to contact universities prior to applying to check that you will be considered for your chosen degree with this diploma.
Due to the current COVID-19 situation and with health and safety of our students as a priority, we have redesigned this course to include a mixture of classroom-based and online learning.

All students on the Access to HE (Social Science and Health) course will study the following modules:

- Social work
- Health studies
