Online Employability Skills Level 1 is designed to support people into employment. As well as employability skills, there are a choice of units to choose from within this qualification which are Construction, Transport and Logistics, Customer Service.
This Employability Skills online course is designed to build the confidence and self-esteem of learners. To encourage the development of values, personal attributes and interpersonal skills that contribute to success in the workplace. The aim is to cultivate positive attitudes to work, with the development of essential work skills and behaviours such as communication, teamwork and problem-solving.
Successful students are empowered to apply for, secure and sustain meaningful employment.
