Description

We have designed this course to help fine tune your testing skills, build confidence and increase understanding for when individuals carry out practical installation testing. Candidates can bring and use their own instruments together with a copy of either the On Site Guide or Guidance Note 3 (2015) for reference.

Entry Criteria

There are no formal entry requirements for this course. The course is however aimed at practising electricians and domestic installers who require a refresher of testing practices and procedures.

Your English language should be to a minimum level 2. This means, you should be fluent in English, and your maths to the same level as expected on an Electrical level 2 installation course (If this is in doubt, we can test you for this level).

Candidates must be 16 years and over.

Candidates are required to bring safety shoes/boots, & a copy of the “On Site Guide” or GN 3
