This course is a gateway to a place at univesity or to career in the fashion industry. Over two years you will learn all the essential skills of fashion design technology, from sketching your designs in Adobe Illustrator, to then preparing your patterns in our state-of-the-art Gerber System. You will develop your ideas and concepts and create your own collection of garments, which will be showcased in our end of year Fashion Show.

Student Comments

"Going to South and City College allowed me to build my confidence not only in myself, but in my work. I got great support from peers and tutors. I knew that if there were any problems, I could go to my tutors and find a solution despite being in a large class. Overall it was a very eye opening and exciting experience. It has definitely prepared me for when I get a job in the industry and when I go to university." Mia, Alumni 2017-19
