Overview

The course involves learning all the processes that you need to produce a fitted skirt, including seams, darts, zip insertion, waistband and blind hemming.

Course description

This course teaches you all the basic skills required to create a skirt.

A pattern will be supplied, you will be taught to cut out the fabric correctly and economically. You will make the skirt using production methods and finish it including using correct pressing procedures to an industrial finish.
