Vehicle Component Fitting Certificate
This course is for those students who for various reasons have struggled to achieve their full potential at Level 1 and did not progress onto a full Level 2 diploma programme. It gives students the opportunity to develop their employability skills and confidence further to either gain employment in the industry or to progress to higher qualification levels.
This qualification has a predominately practical approach to assessment. It supports student's progress into the retail motor vehicle industry and to a Level 2 Vocationally Competence Qualification (VCQ).
For younger students, this qualification can supplement progress to GCSEs and other appropriate destinations, such as apprenticeships and employment.
