Main Enrolment 2023

Summer enrolment is our main enrolment period. If you have applied to study at the college, you will be sent details on how to enrol either online or in person. 

If you are interested in starting a new course in September but have not applied, it’s not too late. You can enrol online or come along during summer enrolment and speak to our experienced tutors and career advisors. Explore the website today and find a course to suit you. Whether you’re looking for apprenticeships,  A levels or T Levels, we have you covered. 

MAIN ENROLMENT: ALL CAMPUSES 

 Thursday 24th August 2023 9.30am – 6.30pm 
  Friday 25th August 2023 9.30am – 3pm
 Monday 28th August 2023 BANK HOLIDAY – COLLEGE CLOSED
 Tuesday 29th August 2023 9.30am – 6.30pm
 Wednesday 30th August 2023 9.30am – 6.30pm
 Thursday 31st August 2023 9.30am – 6.30pm
 Friday 1st September 2023 9.30am – 3pm
 Saturday 2nd September 2023 10am – 3pm
 Monday 4th September 2023 Classes begin – Late enrolment open until 6pm. 

WHAT TO BRING ON THE DAY

You’ll need to bring the following with you to enrolment:

If you are 16-18 you’ll need:

  • your national insurance number
  • copies of all your certificates or your predicted grades

If you are 19+ you’ll need to bring the following:

  • National insurance number
  • Bank details (to set up a standing order for further payments, if applicable)
  • Proof of ID (e.g. A valid Passport, a valid Driving Licence, any utility bills with proof of address)
  • Benefit information (if applicable):
      • Job seekers allowance letter (this must be dated within 3 months of your course start date)
        Universal Credit letter
      • Employment support allowance letter (this must be dated from Within 3 months of your course start date)
      • Working tax credit letter (this must be dated within 3 months of your course start date) – as the dependant, the figure needs to reflect £0.00 against your name, if this is a joint claim we will need confirmation from the benefits office.
      • Evidence of housing or council tax benefit
  • To apply for college funds, you’ll need to bring everything listed above plus:
  • You will need to bring in proof of your household income which can be other benefits or wage slips. These letters/wage slips must be dated within the last 3 months
    Residency, if you have not been in the country for three years, please bring along your home office documents:
      • Home office documents
      • Valid Passport(s)
      • Any other proof to support your eligibility to study in the UK
