Lucy is Managing Director of Larch Consulting, an independent FM strategy consultancy practice that provides advice, innovation and implementation programmes to some of the world's best-known brand names. Lucy has been voted by her peers as a Pioneer of FM and one of the 20 Most Influential Women in FM. She co-founded Women in FM and has held positions on the Board, Executive and Members Council of the BIFM as well as previously serving as Deputy Chair. She is Relationships Director of FMP360, a Governor of South & City College Birmingham, and a Trustee of the Workplace Management Framework.
