This course is an ideal qualification to improve job performance, find a new job or learn how to use today’s technology more efficiently. It consists of a cluster of units covering subjects such as word processing, presentations, spreadsheets and databases.

Course description

This course is for intermediate level IT users and builds on the skills you will have either from a Level 1 ITQ qualification or from previous IT experience. You will increase your skills and knowledge with popular software applications used in every organisation, such as Word, Excel and Access.
