Making the move from school to A Levels doesn’t have to be daunting. We have a dedicated A Level centre and our staff are experienced and well qualified in their subjects – browse our range of A Levels and set yourself up for a successful career or a place at university.
Stay local, study full or part-time and pay lower tuition fees at our University Level Centre, which benefits from strong employer links and industry-relevant facilities. 86% of our higher education students were satisfied with their course - that’s 4% higher than the regional average.
Outstanding vocational facilities and engaging enrichment activities make our Academy the ideal place for study from the age of 14. Choose from three curriculum pathways, each designed to improve your future career opportunities and give you vital industry skills.
Split your time between study and paid work with an apprenticeship programme, designed to give you the skills and experience you need for a particular job or sector. No matter what level you’re at, there’s a programme for you, with Intermediate, Advanced, Higher and even University Level options.
Support is always on hand if you need a little help to achieve your best. We have a range of qualified staff including communication support officers, dyslexia tutors, learner support assistants, and in-class teaching assistants.
Following the cyber-attack on our IT systems in March, access to college buildings and some services is limited. Please see our Essential Info for Students page for advice on the gradual return to on-site learning.
For full details of the cyber-attack and how the college is responding, read our official statement.
