SWAPs (Sector-based Work Academy Programmes) can help you to find the right people for your business. Ranging between four and six weeks in length, SWAPs are designed to help those on unemployment benefits to apply for jobs in different areas of work.

Institutes of Technology are collaborations between further education providers, universities and employers. They provide high quality, higher level technical education and training, with a focus on STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) subjects.

InBusiness
InBusiness is an exclusive business network that helps businesses to grow, whilst creating opportunities for young people across Birmingham and the West Midlands.
The overall aim is to share successes and build on the opportunities generated together. The group hold a variety of networking events, designed to encourage relationships between the college and the local and regional business community, helping build strong business relationships and being connected through a host of regular networking events and workshops.
