As you may know, the SEND Local Area Partnership in Birmingham [Birmingham City Council, (Education) Birmingham Children’s Trust (Social Care) Health (NHS) and the Birmingham Parent Carer Forum (BPCF)] is working hard to improve SEND services so that they can provide the best possible help and support for children with additional needs in the City.
As part of this project, they are working with parents and carers, amongst other stakeholders to determine what their priorities are for improvement, seeking the broadest possible understanding of a wide range of views so that they can improve SEND services.
To help with this work, they are asking parents and carers to fill in a short, anonymous survey (about 5 minutes long) about their experiences with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) services for their child or children in 2022. They hope that as many people as possible will take part so that they can get a clear picture of what is going well, and what not so well in the service and use that information to bring about change.
If you complete and share your details you could be entered into a prize draw for a £100 shopping voucher! The winner will be selected at random after the survey closes on Friday 27th May.
