Would you like training on how to send and write emails using digital technology? If so this short course will be a great starting point for you.

Course description

You will learn how to send and write email, text messages using appropriate digital tools. How to attach a media file to a message (e.g. images, video, audio files). Follow appropriate procedures to stay safe when using digital tools. Store and retrieve contact details for at least one contact. Find out how to use online chat rooms, VoIP (voice over Internet protocol), video conferencing for online communication. Understand what data protection legislation is.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation and with health and safety of our students as a priority, we have redesigned this course to include a mixture of classroom-based and online learning.
