GCSE Programme

Our courses will give you the training and confidence needed if:

• You are looking to build a foundation to go on and study A Levels or Level 3 Programmes
• You’ve recently moved to the UK from overseas
• You have not gained your GCSE English and Maths qualifications at secondary school

We offer a 5 GCSE programme in a range of subjects to suit your needs and career aspirations. If you do not already have grade 3 in GCSE Maths and English we offer a Preparation for GCSE programme that will progress you onto the 5 GCSE programme and open up a world of other courses available at the college.

Progression routes in our GCSE courses

Many of our GCSE students are looking to gain the qualifications they need to go on to study A Levels at Bournville College, while others need the qualifications in Maths or English to progress to Level 3 courses. Alternatively, you may be looking to eventually progress to university, or go on to an Apprenticeship. Whatever you’re looking for, we’ll help you gain the academic skills you need to progress onto your next challenge.
