Known commercially as The Crossing, our 600-capacity venue lets you gain real, hands-on experience of all aspects of live production using the latest equipment. Our staff are able to provide professional knowledge and share their understanding of the current industry.

Our studios provide the technology you need to progress your skills. Using a range of microphones, students are able to learn high-end recording methods on industry-standard recording software from staff with years of experience.

Do you want to create music and be able to create a music video?

Join us to study audio, video and interactive media skills in our new music and media department at Bournville campus.

Our course is awarded by University of Arts London and is highly respected

Course description

You will have the opportunity to explore music production to produce your own track. You'll use Logic to learn how to create and produce your track. You will explore how to create a music video appropriate for your track and then market yourself using interactive media.

You will have a series of projects to develop your research skills and also learn about the industry alongside how to reach your target audience.

Upon completion of the course you will have the ability to then specialise in either music or a media pathway.

Your certificate will be a Level 2 in Creative Media Production
