This course is ideal for beginners who have an interest in music sequencing using a computer.

Course description

This course is suitable for beginners who are interested in creating their own music using the latest sequencing software. The course will cover the basics of using the programmes to write electronic music using MIDI and audio sequencing. The software used includes Cubase or Logic and Ableton.

What are the entry requirements?

There are no formal entry requirements for this course, other than an interest in creating music on a computer.

Where can I progress to next?

Progression to our Advanced Sequencing College Certificate and/or other college certificates in Music. Successful learners may also consider one of our 1 year Level 3 90 Credit Diplomas in Music Technology.
