Dave Grewcock, Samuel’s assessor is pleased with the progress he is making and the support offered to him by Blue Thorn as an employer. He said “Most of the organisations I work with benefit greatly from taking on an apprentice. Many construction companies are seeing an ageing workforce and struggle to find the skills they need for various jobs. Apprenticeships are great in helping in succession planning and growing the business. I would urge businesses to try it!”
